The opportunity
We are
currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career opportunity in a
dynamic team, based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be an
experienced coordinator and have a reporting line to the APAC Data Delivery
Operations Manager in Sydney.
Your key responsibilities
The use of data analytics and automation is a key focus of EY's Assurance practice and an integral part of the audit services we provide to our clients. The APAC Assurance Technology team collaborates with Assurance client facing teams and Global IT to deliver strategic technology solutions for a wide range of clients which include the Data Delivery program. The program focuses on centralizing the process to request, capture, transfer, transform and prepare client data for analysis and delivery of assurance output and insights.
The APAC Assurance Technology Coordinator will be responsible for supporting operational and project elements of the data delivery environment across Asia-Pacific (inclusive of both application and infrastructure).
Skills and attributes for success
- Maintaining and updating business processes, server and application tracking information on an ongoing basis as well as assisting and coordinating the process of data transfer requests, team accounts and escalations.
- Producing daily and weekly ad hoc reports as required and assisting with any ad hoc operational tasks and the program of work evolves.
- Supporting the engagement lifecycle and escalating matters as required to ensure timely service delivery to ensure the process of Data Delivery is efficient.
- Monitoring of access and user groups across the entire APAC server infrastructure and drafting enablement materials & supporting documentations (user guides and quick reference cards) for the APAC Assurance Data Delivery Team.
- Working in partnership with the ADS Lead to verify project deletions.
- Coordinating application user acceptance testing for APAC by liaising with the Global Helix team and the helix champions/business SMEs.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Tertiary educational qualification
- 1-2 years of related work experience in administrator/coordinator or project related role
- Experience in a professional services firm (however not essential).
- Relevant knowledge of data analysis and strong analytical skills in related software e.g. MS Suite, including MS
- Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Outlook
- Ability to understand business processes and be willing to identify and communicate areas for improvement.
- A keen interest in operations and technology.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks with conflicting demands and timeframes.

- A strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A flexibility and willingness to learn and ‘get the job done’.
- The ability to function well in high pressure situations and manage the expectations of stakeholders in multiple countries.
- A good command of English, both written and verbal.
- A dedication to teamwork and an ability to build relationships with staff at all levels in person and through digital communication (Skype).
