- Outstanding organisational skills - multi-tasking capability and is effective with time management and prioritisation of tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – expert in articulating messages effectively and experience working with business leaders/leadership groups
- Project management – knowledge of basic project management concepts, for example designing a proactive project plan, target key milestones, managing key stakeholders etc.
- Reporting and analytical skills – experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitise the data, build reports and provide insights from the data
- Presentation and facilitation skills – advanced MS PowerPoint skills, expert in representing more visually than in words, ability to build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and facilitate the session for the stakeholders (video editing skills desirable but not mandatory)
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ work experience in project management/process improvement projects
- Experience working within a fast paced, self-starter environment
- A keen eye for attention to detail - utmost importance to numbers, formatting etc.
- A strong understanding and use of MS software including: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated towards continuous learning, conducting own research and upskilling
- Experienced working on APAC hours/comfortable flexing working to APAC hours.
