Job purpose:

Manager in the IT Advisory Services team to lead the delivery of projects for our customers across the globe.

Your Technical responsibilities:

Be able to communicate with management, engineering, sales and clients to discuss project specifications and processes.
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Work with technical leads to analyze technology, manage resource planning, and assess the feasibility of projects.
Manage efforts in distributed systems and/or web applications in an Agile environment utilizing technologies such as cloud, APIs, CICD, etc.
Plan and direct the design, development, testing, deployment and production support of projects and products.
Work with program and product mgmt. to review, and approve product design and changes.
Help recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Identify interdependencies between projects
Work with client facing teams and management to prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of SOWs.
Identify issues/risks and facilitate escalation and resolution of risks and issues
Develop, implement and enforce policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the practice.
Facilitate handoff to clients and monitor support and handover activities.
Ensure all deliverables are captured and delivered as per client tollgate requirements

Your Management responsibilities:

Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
Develop Business Case, Business KPIs, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
Develop plans for continuous improvement
Ability to act as day-to-day client contact on the project engagement; run client status and other client meetings and deliver executive-level presentations that drive actions and decisions.
Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
Must have domain driven design experience, preferably focused on financial service, insurance or telecommunication.
Must have presentation skills – ability to create powerpoint deck to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze business requirement user stories and model it domain based services
Experience working under agile delivery methodology
Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping
Previous experience working in delivery consulting
Enthusiastic, persuasive and self-starter, ability to motivate team members
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to participate in proposal presentations
Willingness to travel up to 80%

Requirements

We are looking for the candidates with the following:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
