JOB SUMMARY / KEY PURPOSE
Responsible for providing support in ensuring that objectives of the projects and engagements for ITA practice is met. Senior Associates are expected to conduct the detailed project activities, provide guidance to, and conduct first level review on the work of, his/her staff during the engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape on various solution architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration
- Working with client counterparts in imagining, designing, and implementing competitive business capabilities that harness emerging and scaled technologies, such as Cloud, Blockchain, AI, and Internet of Things (IoT)
- Assisting in research and use of industry standard frameworks and patterns
- Developing target-state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment and gap analysis and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap
- Assisting senior architects with building out reference architectures and guiding clients through the execution of reference architecture
- Conduct research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations to clients
- Supervise and guide staff in the preparation of management reports
- Support Managers in proposal development
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs, and offer relevant insights and solutions
- Attend and participate in internal trainings
- Complete the required and assigned web-based learnings
- Prepare time reports in a timely manner
- Develop positive relationship with peers, supervisors and mentors/counselors who can provide advice and support
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science
Relevant Experience
At least five (5) years of work experience in consulting services particularly in technology transformation or implementation-related roles (major IT program transformation, robotics process automation/ automation related roles, enterprise application, mobile and web application, etc.)
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
As applicable, in relation to Bachelor’s Degree completed, IT-related certifications (preferred)

- Experience in performing fit-gap assessments on business requirements and solution functionalities
- Able to analyze business and technical requirements enabling the design and build of scalable enterprise application architectures
- Able to formulate alternatives that contributes to improvements in the systems and processes
- Experience in conducting risk analysis and management
- Accurately identify client issues and communicate clear explanations and suggested actions to the project team
- Understands, and is capable of, performing data-driven analysis and synthesis to draw insights
- Technology skills
- Hands-on programming experience in various development lifecycle
- Experience in one or more technology stacks that are open source, cloud solutions (e.g. PaaS, SaaS), Java, or other scalable enterprise foundations
- Knowledgeable in application development practices, and architecture frameworks, patterns and business practices
Communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with client counterparts through structured questioning, careful listening and delivery of fact-based findings
- Able to present project outputs in a synthesized format and customized based on client audience.
