Ernst & Young Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is accepting online applicants for the position of Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis (PBFA) Associate. The office is located at McKinley West, Taguig City.
As PBFA Associate of GDS Finance, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team with main function in areas of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting of financial results and performance of service lines and service functions.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with executive summary, financial highlights, and supporting schedules or analysis
- Prepare P&L actual vs. budget/plan and actual vs. forecast variance analysis
- Participate in the annual budgeting/planning activities
- Prepare short-term financial forecast/projection
- Conduct detailed expense analysis
- Statutory vs. Management report reconciliation
- Maintenance/update of FP&A tool, and creates engagement code
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as mandated by the management
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accountancy graduate, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With at least 3 to 5 year work experience in management reporting, budgeting and/or financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills, and with accounting knowledge
- Time management and communication skills (oral and written)
- MS Office skills i.e. strong Excel knowledge
- Knowledge in Accounting System is a plus
