The opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the communications and engagement effort across two key business areas:
- EY’s Global Accounts Committee (GAC) and G360 accounts, with direct day-to-day strategic and tactical interactions with the business stakeholders
- Global Growth Drivers, via line management responsibilities of two CE managers
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of EY’s Global Accounts Committee (GAC) and G360 accounts communications and engagement annual plan – from narrative development through to execution. You will also lead the delivery and execution of internal communications and engagement programs aimed at supporting EY’s Global Accounts Committee (GAC) and G360 accounts business strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
You will be the Communications and Engagement (CE) Business Advisor to the key stakeholder – Chair, Global Accounts Committee (a GE member), providing strategic communications counsel and support that raises awareness of the business priorities and drives engagement with our client service audiences and EY people more broadly. Key responsibilities include:
- To build and maintain strong relationships with EY’s Global Accounts Committee members
- To work collaboratively across CE globally and the wider BMC function, particularly across the Markets organization to ensure that all G360 messages are fully integrated and shared across our organizational matrix in a consistent way.
- Seeking effective ways to engage our stakeholders and client service audiences in GAC/G360 priority projects and programs – leveraging a diverse and innovative channel mix to disseminate messages.
- Overseeing the delivery of the communications and engagement strategy for EY’s Global Growth Drivers, which will be managed day-to-day by two CE managers on the Client Service CE team
- Line management and counseling of the two managers on the Client Service CE team
- Proactively develops others; sees learning and development as a critical input to delivering exceptional client service to BMC clients; seeks to inspire

- Provides tactical guidance to realize BMC vision; maintains comprehensive working knowledge about the change process and implementation best practices
To qualify for the role you must have
- Substantial brand, communications and marketing experience in a world-class global organization (10 + years)
- Experience leading markets communications and engagement programs within a people organization with proven and demonstrable results
- Experience leading and managing large, diverse and virtual high-performance teams
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Ideally, you’ll also have
- The knowledge, skills and abilities needed to establish and refine the strategies that drive brand as well as organizational performance and add value to the business
- The ability to synthesize information from others; connects all facets of the business when initiating, developing and implementing communications and marketing projects; helps the business address its big issues; serves as an organizational connector
- The knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities

It will be measured through program usage, the annual GCSP survey, EY’s global people survey and pulse checks, and the global brand survey.
