The opportunity
The Global Learning Strategy and Operations Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Manager for Technology will manage a portfolio of projects designed to continually enhance the Learning function. Working with HR Services, this role will coordinate CI activity across the Global Learning team and other stakeholder groups, including Region Learning teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage continuous improvement activities and/or projects, working closely within the Global Learning team and with Region Learning teams to continuously improve and optimize the learning operating model and service delivery standards through technology and process
- Monitor global processes, standards, and technology to ensure the Learning operating model (incl.; Learning processes, systems and data, organization and people) is delivering the agreed Learning strategy and achieving agreed performance targets. Escalate issues to team leads
- Working with HRS, drive innovation and enhanced user experience through global technology platforms
- Monitor performance against agreed standards for activities/projects being managed; work to resolve issues as they arise with new ways of working and to embed the “one team” agenda
- Manage work of HRS, ITS and GDS in the execution of tasks and projects, monitoring performance and providing feedback
- Review learning performance data, bringing insights and recommendations to team leads

To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience in a closely related Learning or Talent role, managing Learning or Talent projects to deliver exceptional results
- Fluency in EY’s learning technologies (ideally SuccessFactors Learning and ServiceNow or other SaaS HR technologies) as well as other relevant systems and tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, SharePoint)
- Demonstrable experience of thinking and acting strategically and commercially in pursuit of the wider EY business objectives
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, stressful environments to deliver required results
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the talent and learning operations and experience to implement them effectively
- Strong knowledge of - and commitment to optimize - learning processes and standards
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills - to oversee projects to time/cost/quality standards
- Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with minimal oversight; work well under pressure and with time constraints
- Strong problem solving/conceptual/analytical thinking; able to assess complex or ambiguous situations and propose recommended solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - ability to set priorities and allocate work within effective time frames
- Strong influencing and communication skills – ability and maturity to challenge and influence internal and external stakeholders (where required) to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong people management skills to manage HRS, ITS and GDS resources, effectively allocating work, job instructions and appropriate feedback
- Educated to a degree level in a related discipline
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience managing global virtual teams to deliver learning initiatives and programs
- Higher professional or masters qualification in a related discipline are preferred, not required
